MANAGING UP TRAINING

This is an ideal course for businesses that have loosely defined organizational structure and organic procedures in place. Learn the essentials of effective planning, delegation, conflict resolution, hr skills including hiring, nurturing, training, and firing employees, succession planning, and creating KPI dashboards specifically designed for your business.

This course is taught in house on premise at your business. We will use real case studies and examples from your business to maximize the impact and allow you to directly apply what you and your team are learning.

INTAKE: OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER 2022

LENGTH: 12 Weeks

 HOURS/WEEK: 4 hours Every Two Weeks

TOTAL HOURS: 52 hours total (Bonus:  4 hours of Executive Coaching)

TOTAL INVESTMENT PER EMPLOYEE: $4,500.00 + GST

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYEES:  $4,500.00 + GST per additional student

Classes are every 2 weeks.

12 Week Program.

BONUS: 4 hours Executive Coaching on weeks 18 and 24* based on participation and having a half hour referral conversation

Participants will receive a Certification of Completion and be marked on their applied performance and content knowledge.
