Leadership Training

This course is ideal for business owners and managers required to build and guide teams to excellence. You are a life-long learner willing to stretch yourself in order to lead by example. You have or are building a team that requires you to step up your leadership game, be bigger, and move forward with the best possible practices at your fingertips. You are willing to develop your ability to be vulnerable, receptive to give and receive difficult feedback, be empathetic, committed, and focused with a small group of other business owners and managers. Classes take place in a boardroom setting in a professional business building. All course materials are provided electronically.

Upon completion of Leadership Training course, the student will be able to:
