What We Offer

BBC provides businesses with the opportunity for experiential learning using their own businesses as case studies for their homework and learning. Through a combination of in-class learning materials, research, homework assignments, and constant role playing, participants in our courses are guaranteed to build the necessary practices for success by the end of the course.

By using real information to plug into the classroom and homework, the learning becomes relevant to the student’s life and business immediately.

BBC has added an HR Consultancy module. We want to help you grow your business and understand that people is the backbone of any organization. By adding this module, we are ensuring that you have access to a component that will allow you the creation of a culture that back-up your strategic goals.

Each graduating participant will be given a Certificate of Completion along with a feedback report to better understand their strengths and weaknesses in the course. This will allow the graduate to continue to do more of what they do best and increase the success and fulfillment of their business enterprise.

 Alvaro Peralta has been using experiential learning to give business owners and their staff the skills to operate their businesses since 2011. Having owned his own restaurants for over 17 years, he has his own personal experience to draw from when it comes to understanding the mindset, skills, and needs of the Small Business owner. Alvaro has also studied for over 10 years as a sales trainer, executive coach, facilitator, martial artist, and musician. Alvaro has found that logically  and academically understanding the subject matter combined with putting learning into practice is what really engrains the habits that create independence, competency, and permanent positive change.

Alvaro has successfully completed courses with Limitless Leadership International in Vancouver, BC, Integral Coaching Institute in Ottawa, Ontario, The Institute for Business Growth in Sarasota Florida, and The Slingshot Sales Training Academy in Sarasota Florida. 

Magda F. Diaz, has been in the human resources sector for over 10 years. Her experiential experience spans from setting up HR departments in unionized organizations–while effectively dealing with collective agreement and labour issues–to shaping cultural change through transforming communication challenges into opportunities in corporate environments.

She recently finished the Strategic HR Leadership program at Cornell University, acquiring up-to-date tools and best practices to identify, develop, and measure HR initiatives critical to organizational success.
